I’ve been contemplating this video for quite some time, but it’s a timely message that I want to put out there. Real estate professionals all over are heading out into 2022 with goals, and many have a goal of building a team this year. I’ve had a unique experience in the real estate industry, and I wanted to offer my perspective on the pros and cons of building a team today.

I trust that this information helps you avoid getting caught in the trap of thinking you need to build a team right away. Building your team properly will get you to a place where you can phase out. Whether you have questions about being a team leader, joining a team, or what we do at Never Ending Referrals, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Excellent info Steve! I’ve had a TC for 1 year. Now I am looking to hire my first part time assistant and I think this is the best business model that works for me right now.
